Hello all. I've been trying to cut and preserve as much muscle. A little over year ago, I did Keto diet, lost about 30 lbs, but 10 of those were lean mass. Afterwards, I rebound a bit due to work and brought my fat % from 12 to 17% I just recently finished up a 6 week Osta Rx cut cycle @ 3/day, eating between 1900 to 2200 calories with one reasonable cheat meal a week. My macros were about 250ish in protein/90-125 carbs (depending on workout days) and 50 or less fat. I've started out 190 @17%bf to 186@15%bf, so apparently no muscle loss! I'm doing a Ultra Male/DAA (6g/day) PCT and then would like to continue to cut. My goal is to get to single digits bf while maintaining my lean mass. What would you recommend for me to use for this upcoming cycle? Again, I'm don't care about gaining muscle just maintain what I have while cutting. I do have bad joints in the knees, but all this mean is no squats and I'm susceptible to back pumps as I have this during the osta. Thanks!
