Hey all been a few years since I was on this forum. I was flirting with and did a DMZ cycle (the original stuff) loved the gains in the gym but by no means was I nor am now needing the weight gain.. I am still a big guy 6ft 2 sitting around 270 lbs. I am looking to cut weight but I also want strength gains in the gym and some noticeable lean mass no bulk. I want to lose obviously for summer but also for myself I have two little guys now and I need to be in better shape for them.( funny their also the reason I have gained weight and got gym lazy) But i want to lose weight Not only to set an example but to keep up with them. I was looking at the cutting cycle to start the loss and then follow it with some kind of lean mass stack or cycle... I wouldn't have to take a break after the cutting cycle right? I could go right into the next cycle? Also can anyone recommend a cycle or product to take? My diet is limited to 1800 calories. I am juicing for breakfast and lunch with protein added and a reasonable dinner. I am working on cardio only right now in the gym trying to burn. my bp is normal, and I am not diabetic for a big guy i am in reasonable shape health wise... according to my doctor just need to lose weight before it finally does catch up with me. any help, input, or product, cycle recommendations are appreciated.
