3 week into pct worked out hard the other night after work had a 2 day headache that went away untill the next time I worked out? I never get headaches ,right now acs2x aday econtrol 3x aday a. matrix 2x aday Umale 1x at night:confused: took the day off yesterday going to try and work out tonight . I didnt take any headache meds cause I know you cant take certain headach medication when taking these?Any words of advice Moderators?

What has your fluid intake vs. output been? Could be some mild dehydration. Also you said you worked out really hard, so there is always the possibility that you muscles tightened and you ended up with a tension headache. In any case, if it went away then forget about it. It you keep havering them and they are persistent you should go see you family doc.

I think it was a tension headache, I did a ridiculous amount of push ups and pull ups ...with 30 sec inbetween most sets cause it started the morning after that work out..Do you know if there is a headache med you can take while on these products if you have to take something? All I drink is water milk and protien and know problem with outtake...

You should be ok with acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Just stick to the recommended dosage and remember all of these have a tendency to be hepatotoxic. For pain associated with muscles the ibuprofen would probably work best since it is an anti inflammatory.

You should be taking cycle support too, take 4 a day, blood pressure could be up,from tension or just body response to not taking the ph no more, always have your water intake high, that maintains blood pressure also,an like I said in another post, watch caffeine guys while on cycle or even on pct,it can raise blood pressure an give headaches,if I doesn't stop quit it all an see

Just upped the cycle support ,added in some new streches for my neck and back just incase it happens again I agree with biggie and dont want to take anything but just incase thanks P50 for the heads up on ibuprofren ,worked out this morning feeling great again .Thanks for all the advice Guys
