Hi!!
New to the forum! I'm a 34yr old female, 5'3", currently 165#. I lift 4-6 days a week, with 2-3 strongman/CrossFit type workouts in the week. I ran Halo-E in the late fall of last year with great success (I really wish I had logged here at that time!). I participate in mostly powerlifting/strongman and overall BF has not really been an issue for me until now... My new goal is to cut a chunk of BF. I'm sitting at around 20% right now, I'm far more comfortable in the 12-15% range. I'd like to lean out without sacrificing a large chunk of my strength. My attempts at gaining weight and strength have gone smoothly but now I'm just feeling awful big, and "clumsy". Despite having some visible upper abs, I think it's time to cut back more aggressively.... I'm sad to see Halo-E is no longer available.
Looking through the threads I see some older ones suggesting OSTA along with the Lean Fuel and ACS...
Is this still being suggested as a decent method to cut? Do any females have any updated thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
