Bout to end Osta.... almost out. Honestly, I can't wait to get back on HaloE. I LOVED IT. ... Other than the break outs I had -- it is amazing stuff. I hate Osta though... Haven't seen anything great and amazing like everyone talked about I don't want to take a break after Osta...is it ok to hop back on the HaloE train? lol Been taking 2 pills of Osta since June 13...so next Tues will make 2 months off Haloe. Thoughts?

Also, I assume you should only take HaloE while bulking, correct?
