New to PH/female just starting Halo extreme

I am new to taking PH. I lift 3 to 4 days a week in addition to light cardio. My diet right now is at 1200 calories, eating small amounts 5 times a day, mostly protein. I am only on day 3 and don't expect gains this early in the game, but ive read a lot about increased energy.... I'm tired, sore...lol, and not feeling the energy I was while taking a preworkout. A little advice would be great!!!!
 
Can I take a preworkout with Halo, or..... I just ride it out? Sometimes I need the motivation to go a little farther in the morning
 
what is your height/weight? your calories are extremely low......I didn't feel anything with halo until I took 2 caps, and then it was just strength increase nothing else

You can take a pre-workout with Halo for sure.
 
I keep reading that 2 tabs are extremely risky for females for to it being such a high dose
I am 63in and 136lbs. Day 4 I am not as tired, not sure if I feel an increase yet, but it's only day 4. I
am losing in inches and feeling a lil more defined but that is prob
due to the last month I have been hitting the gym 5 days a week and my diet has been pretty clean minus a few
hiccups. I will give it a week compare. I'm still at the same weight with my arms and shoulders. I tend to push a lil harder as far as weight on my legs.
 
only thing I read about 2 tabs is that its the maximum a girl should take, didn't necessarily read anything bad, and my sides certainly weren't, no spots etc,
 
I experienced being tired on Halo while cutting as well, so I added Lean Fuel Extreme and it helped out esp before workouts. For me the only reason I didnt add in a preworkout is because it gives me heart pals when doing mild to intense cardio and since I was increasing my cardio for cutting I didnt use it. If thats something you dont have issues with then I would use a preworkout. As for strength increases for Halo for me personally it took about 2 weeks for noticable strength increases. Dosage seems to be individual depended, I used 12.5mgs twice a day and I know misswantstogrow was able to take 50mgs without any issues, I guess its one of those things where you have to gauge whats right for you but I would gradually increase it, if you find it necessary after week 2 to figure out whats best for you.
