Just do 2 pills a day ,a bottle will last ya 6 weeks

think it is better to do that than have 3 a day for 4 weeks?

2 a day is fine to start with,you can always buy another an do 3 after your first bottle,you can run osta for up 12 weeks if ya want

isn't that a little ify? i mean it says you can only take it for 8 weeks then stop for 8 weeks

Most people running it for 12 weeks are doing 2 caps daily the whole time, and are probably getting a little shut down as well. Nothing a mini PCT wouldn't fix, but to run it indefinitely without concern for suppression would be a bad idea.

i think im going to run it for 3 weeks with 3 caps and if i see results i will buy another one to complete the eight weeks cuz the shipping only takes 2 days so a week in advance will be enough! i can't wait to try this stuff!
