Im sure this question has been asked time and time again but everyones different so ill ask anyway….and yes I have looked through the stickeys…Background information about myself ive been going to the gym off and on for about four years now and typically take off a few months a year when hunting season gets near lol…but more recently I took off for around 5 months due to a shoulder injury that I had a hard time getting over and shortly after I started a new job working 60 hrs a week plus college.. But ive been back for a few months now and id like to start a cycle the beginning of February or March. As far as ph experiences go I took some about two years ago with surprisingly good results for how terrible my diet was…honestly I ate sheetz every day and drank beer every other day….yeah not good I know but within the last two years ive gotten my diet a lot more under control as well as my drinking habits…the first time I took some iml products I got them from a friend from….for free….he gave me ¾ of a bottle of super dmz 2.0 and a half pack of trenavar…..I took the dmz first took it as directed on the bottle along with 1000mg of milk thistle with each meal then started trenevar when dmz was gone…I just did it how he told me with minimal research….the end result I was supper happy with taking into account my diet…. That being said I would love to try 3.0 but I hear its for advanced users so looking for a little insight on that…..but im looking for a complete cycle right now that would fit into my goals which currently im trying to cut…200lbs and I consume around 1600-1900 calories and 160-200g of protein a day (rough estimate) depending on how much I work. I know this is a super long post but when your spending a few hundred dollars and it concerns your health you can be to for cautious…thanks to anyone that takes the time to read this whole post and hopefully suggest a great detailed cycle that can help get me summer ready. If theirs any more information I need to provide just let me know.

Hello Brock, Welcome to the IronMagLabs Forums.

I feel you on the busy schedule, I'm a train conductor for Amtrak and often working 70 - 80hrs a wk.. I know how hard it can be to get in calories, but I'm sure you can squeeze a few more in your schedule.. you're not eating enough. I don't know your body fat percentage, so I'm just going to approximate 15%, or more importantly approx 170lbs of lean body mass. At that weight I'd recommend around 2700 - 3100 calories depending on how fast you want to gain mass. Imho you don't need to go too far over your maintenance level of calories if your trying to gain weight on cycle, as it is my experience, that when on cycle, your body makes better use of metabolized calories, and it may be easier for you to gain mass on less calories than you'd need whilst off a cycle.

I noticed you only used liver support for your previous cycle, did you happen to run a PCT? Or did you use anything to support your kidney function or heart health, it's good you took support for your liver, but it's also the only organ that's regenerative, the others are not. I'd highly recommend using Advanced Cycle Support and a full PCT this cycle.

Yeah %15 percent is about what I come up with using stuff ive found online so which is why im trying to cut atm and will be during my cycle… I figure my maintenance to st measbe roughly 2200 so I try to shoot for a deficit of about 400+ considering I don’t weigh out my food I just measure so im probably consuming slightly more than I believe…..ill focus on gains once I can get down to 10% bf.
As far as a pcs last time….no….I just took it how I was told and didn’t really know much about what I was doing or risk involved….providing its covered by my insurance I do plan to get blood work done before/during/after

ok bump cause I just got my cycle in the mail today.....even if im trying to cut I should eat 2,700 calories? seems like a lot... and am I safe to continue to taking a pre workout mr. hyde or c4 depending on the day....should I up my carb intake as well? I try to keep them at about 100-150

On a cut I'm usually sub 2,000 cals 5 days of the week but do a refeed one day and a cheat meal on a different evening. To target a specific cal count is pretty tough as way too many factors come into play.

Yeah those estimates were for gaining mass, not cutting. As heavy said, you could drop it under 2000 while on cycle without worrying of losing any muscle mass, however don't expect spectacular muscle or strength gains while in such a deficit. As for the preworkout, yes, you can use either, just try to keep an occasional eye on your heart rate and blood pressure.

thanks for all the help.....I have decided to up my cal count to 2000 and may go up depending on how I feel, just feeling to week lately...and yes I realize my calorie count is is not exact... I also plan to up my carbs... plan is to take 1dmz, 2epi, 2adv cycle sup first thing in the am with breakfast Around 430 am then take the other half with dinner at 2 prework out at 6 then have my protien (elite gourmet cassien blend) right before bed around 830.…. Sound like a solid plan?……again thanks for the help and advise…may log my progress and results…
