Give more info.. did it give an error. Wouldn't accept payment, help us understand more so we can guide u to the correct person to talk to. Fyi, forum members can't actually help with payment info, they can merely give u suggestions as to why it didnt. U need to go on the website and use the contact form. Sometimes its as simple as having a error in the billing address or diff spelling on card holders name. Or that u don't have enough money in the account... Like I said though give us some more info like an error message and also use the contact form on the website.
