Halfway through PCT and was wanting to use Osta as a bridge after I finish PCT. How would that look? Couldn't find any specific threads like this...need to know as far as dosage,do I need to run Advanced support, and do I need another pct after osta? Nolva, e control, etc...Thanks

A bridge, bridges something together, meaning a PH run, AAS, etc..so you can run it concurrently.

Osta is not designed to do this, though it is often used this way by many people.

Dosage of all products is dependent on goal.

There really needs to be significant more detail that you give, to answer this question and is probably why no one has responded.

Spell out exactly what you have done and are doing please.

Sorry youre right...I finished my Halo cycle two weeks ago and am currently using Nolva PCT and then will switch to E Control soon as it is outlined in the stickies. But after I finish PCT I would like to use Osta until I am able to run another PH cycle...my goals are to maintain my gains and even put on more muscle and lose some fat as well, which is apparently what it is capable of doing. I just read the osta profile and it says males can run it at 20mg/d for 8 weeks. And since its barely barely suppressive, would I need any type of PCT with Osta?

It can be ran 8 - 12 weeks at 20 - 30mg (3 - 5 caps). But to be clear, what you're using it for technically is NOT a bridge. Also it's suppressive on average of about 1-2/ng/dl/day, which after 12 weeks could mean a drop in your test of nearly 200pts... Depending on the individual, that can be considered pretty suppressive for some....

Gotcha. So would I run nolva after it or just something like e control and ultra male?
