osta results after approx 30 days.

LIL BOUT ME

im naturally as fat as they come, no visible muscle anywhere..
did a hardcore cut from 12/30 to 2/10, and got down to 238 and pretty fucking lean
since then i cut my cardio DOWN from 10-12 sessions per week to 3-4 @ 20-25m each
and i've been cheating usually 5-8 times per week

on the cut, i cheated 0 times.
4 weeks ish into this, i've gone up by 0.5 lbs..
so basically by cutting cardio from 10 to 3, and going from 0 to 5-8 cheat meals per week
my weight has increased by 0.5 lbs

normally, when i do that without any supps, i balloon back up to a fat 250 immediately..

Sounds good, man. Can't beat Osta, a nice, mild product that's been compared to low dose growth.

I'll agree it's similar (slightly less) to hGH for fat loss, however for muscle and strength, it's more effective than hGH.

is lethargy common?
 
No lethargy at all on Osta. Its very clean. My wife just finished a 6 week run a few weeks ago. She dropped a ton of fat but I had her on a contest prep diet.
 
down another 2 lbs last week and strength up.
cheated daily- did cardio for 20-25m 3x only.
