osta rx and hemorrhoids?

Has anyone heard of hemorrhoids as a side effect of osta rx?.. I have had a small hemorrhoid for a long time but it was never a bother.. But in the last few days is has swelled up and very painful not sure if its because I have been going crazy at the gym, or the osta rx has made it grow?
Sorry if this sounds stupid it is the only thing I can think of…
