Hey guys. Gunna log my osta rx cycle. Already 1 week in, just forgot to log lol. I'll keep it relatively short and sweet. On cycle I will be running the normal (creatine, OT multi, 6g EPA/DHA) my cycle will be...

1-8 osta rx 3 pills ED
4-12 PES Erase 2-3 caps ED
9-12 DAA 3G ED

Small simple cycle. I'm 6ft 276 bf % unsure but sure it's above 25%. Workouts will be a 4 days split with 45min of cardio ED and 2 extra days of cardio with 1 day off. I'm on a pretty big cut around 1800 cals/ day 180g of protein etc...

Like I said 1 week in. Noticed a slight increase in libido and a very slight increase in strength. HOPEFULLY I will notice more over the next 10 days lol...getting worried! Any feedback will be noted and appreciated! Thanks guys

That's a sure fire way to lose some body fat! And don't worry, Osta gets better the longer you are on. But on that big of a cut, I wouldn't expect much of a strength increase.
 
I noticed some of my lifts feeling lighter than normal. As long as I can maintain/possibly gain a tiny bit of strength I will be happy which I think should be possible if I carb load a bit before my workouts but who knows really...this is my first ever cycle of any sort

WOW felt good today, shoulders and legs went good had a good energy (couple oxyelite pros) solid shoulder workout! Made some progress. No effects so far really except for small random bursts of feeling really good(almost like a good high). Will continue to update!

Thanks appreciate it! Today was chest/tri day and it felt pretty good. I've noticed more stamina in my workouts and feel like I could go on forever! Strength still the same for the most part(tiny increase, could be normal gains though). Sleep is better than normal which rocks. Tomorrow is leg day! What exactly are all the things I should be looking for the next few weeks?

Well, if your lack of cals doesn't interfere too much, Osta should provide,strength, muscle fullness, vascularity, better sleep, libido, and mood. Osta also aids in fat loss which shouldn't be a problem on those cals!
 
I've got a slight increase in most of those being only 10 days in. Today I did legs but my knees were hurting so I went easier on them, tomorrow is a rest day but I will update if I notice any more effects or side effects! Thanks guys

did back and bi yesterday. It went alright, I had a rough day at work so I lost some energy. So far all my lifts have stayed the same except for 1 or 2 slighty going up. Pumps are AWESOME and I'm getting some muslce fullness throughout the day. Other then that no other noticeable effects. Haven't had any mood changes but I've never been a real happy or excited person anyways so it would probably take anti depressants to put me in a great mood haha. I will update again tomorrow, thanks!

Off today after a couple long work days(10+hour days) I've noticed that I don't need as much sleep to function as I used too because I'm getting better quality sleep. I get random pumps/fullness throughout the day which makes you feel like a man lol. Some new random veins appearing in my hand that I didn't see before. Haven't noticed an increase in mood yet but it's still early. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks! Will continue to update. Shoulder day tomorrow

Had a nice shoulder workout even though I'm sick as shit with a sinus infections :( it was pretty hard to go all out and concentrate etc...but! I gained a little strength! 60 7x on the seated dumbbell press(previously 55 5x) and 235 shoulder press 6x (previously 225) those were about 2 weeks ago. I'm still at 278 but I look more filled out and have actually gotten 2 compliments! How do you guys measure strength increase? For example....1 week I start my workout with bench press and I do 250 10 times and then the next week I do bench press as my last exercise and only get 240 8x. Do I bench 250 or 240 lol know what I mean? I know I shouldn't do the same exercises in the same order every week but if not I don't know how to tell If I've gotten stronger

Ohhhh yea today was killer!! Insane energy today! I literally wanted to lift all night, didn't want to leave. Also, keep in mind I'm 6ft 278 high bf%, I had VEINS yes VEINS popping out of my forearms! I've never even seen one pop out anywhere on my body except on my crank haha. Strength has gone up pretty good considering I'm under 2000 cals 6/7 days of the week. 80 3x on incline db press and 210 5x chest press. I've got such a girly pussy chest press and I don't understand how...go powerful biceps and back....but weak chest. Either way those are personal bests! Tomorrow is cardio! Will update

^Appreciate it. Back and bi today! Feel a little let down :( wasn't extremely energized or focus for some reason.....feel like some of my body parts got a little weaker....no negative side effects at all so far but the few positive effects that have lasted are better sleep, more endurance(except today) and more vascularity. I might be forgetting a couple. Unfortunately, I haven't had the "better well being" feeling yet. Will update Friday

Appreciate it, yesterday was legs! Felt my hamstring was a little tight and sore but this morning it's fine....another benefit of osta :) today is shoulders! Gunna max on the shoulder press, will update later

3 weeks in today. Shoulder workout went alright. Switched it up alittle today with some new exercises. Strength is about the same as last week. Got tired a little easier today not sure why, pre workout was a banana, cliff builder bar and hemavol. Sleep is fantastic and recovery is badass! Next day I'm 90%. Machine shoulder press was 285 5x front grip. Gotta rest tomorrow because my hamstrings are sore as shit. Will update possibly tomorrow or Monday. Appreciate the support!!

Today was chest/tri took it light today with high reps nothing special. Started week 3 on Saturday, no side effects at all so far. Recovery is great an sleep is too. Well being has increased a little. Boners are awesome. Got a long work week ahead of me so I'm going to have to find a way to get myself some extra energy, gunna try meth. I will update tomorrow ladies and gentlemen

I am what I eat ;) today was an off day and I will do back and bi tomorrow. Noticed today that the inside muscle of my tricep on my left arm(dominant arm) has either put on a little bit of size or I've lost some bodyfat around it...either way this stuff has shed some bf. I'm down to 275 but I'm starting to look a little more even. Next Saturday I introduce erase to the mix :) will update tomorrow. Thanks guys

Sup guys it's been a couple days....I did back and bi after more then a week and boi did my endurance go up! I can lift all day on this shit! Tomorrow is 4 weeks and I get to introduce Erase to the cycle :) doubled up my EPA/DHA added some capsaicin and some osteobolin-c just INCASE I get some joint pain from the erase. No negative sides effects so far! All positive. It's funny because about 20 minutes after each dose I wanna fuck like the end of the world haha. Unfortunately, I didn't stretch enough and I really pulled a lat muscle bad doing lat pull downs. Now I'm no pussy but it was hurting so bad that I almost threw up all bs aside. Takes a man to admit that haha. Hopefully tomorrow I can train shoulders but idk if I want to risk it. Will update soon thanks again for the support.

Yes guys, took me about 2 days to get over it, fn sucked. Today I had to do shoulders and I felt pretty good! Weight is still the same but I look different(make sense?) boners are awesome haha. Stamina is pretty good and the weights are getting lighter. No negative side effects so far and I'm on day 2 of adding erase to the mix. I fell in love at the gym today with about 4 different girls so that sucks because I know I can't have them haha but other then that everything is awesome. Will update tomorrow with chest! Going to just do about 7-8 sets of bench press tomorrow and try to focus on getting that perfected.

Thanks man^ Yeaaaa fell in love again today haha. I originally said I was going to do 7-8 sets of Bench but I get such a stamina increase from this stuff that I can go all night! So I did chest/tri. Strength has stayed the same over the last 10ish days. Got 80 5x for incline press and 200 5x for bench(always been my weakest exercise). Rest of my workout was more about high rep and perfecting form so I could get some good pumps on my triceps. So far I'm 3 days into 75mg/day of Erase and no side effects from anything I'm taking. Pretty happy so far through this whole cycle as I'm "filling" out nicely. Will update soon ladies and germs.

So far I've been on for 5 weeks (1 week with erase). I feel pretty good! Sleep is great and mood is finally elevating. Boners are strong and frequent which is awesome. No negative side effects at all. Started around 278 Now I'm at 274 while increasing strength, stamina, and muscular appearance. Workout went pretty good! Lat pull down got stronger and my seated row got weaker somehow I think, could be an endurance issue today though. It's HARD to give 110% every workout on 1800-2000 cals per day but I sat on my fatass for years and now it's time to pay the price. shoulders and legs tomorrow yeaaaaa buddy.

haven't posted in a couple days! Today I did chest and tris, got 240 5x on chest press so not to bad...numbers have been steady to little increase last couple weeks. No negative side effects at all, mood has definately increased! Triceps are feeling harder and a little more defined. I took a pre workout today because I had a sample of it, I usually never take one because they don't do shit for me(except craze) but HOLY SHIT it kicked my ass. I've never felt so awesome! It was called myogenix hypershock rage. Try it if you want a solid ass boost! I will be half way thru my cycle soon and will type a nice overview of how I feel and be very detailed here soon.

Damn, ate to much on thanksgiving. Just got back into the groove and did a light cardio/leg workout nothing special. Starting to get headaches more frequently not sure what that's about but I will monitor closely. Got my next cycle set up, gonna give katandrol a shot probably about 4 weeks after osta since it's really not suppressive or hard on the organs. Hope everyone had a good holiday!
