I'm now a little past half of my cycle(week 7) and I figured I would give my honest opinion on how I feel so far.
Weeks 1-4.....were pretty good! Lot of endurance and gained some strength week 3&4. Mood started to elevate late week 4. ZERO side effects except for a hard ween piece...which is fine with me lol.
Weeks 5-present(7).......have went average(partly my fault) I incorporated PES Erase into my cycle 2 weeks ago as an early part in transitioning into PCT. So far I haven't felt shit from erase except for being a little dry. I've stayed the same in the strength department and about the same in the endurance dept. I've had sickness and a left arm injury that have held me back the last couple weeks. Mood and dick are still strong. I've maintained 1800-2000 cals about 5.5 days a week with 1.5 cheat days. I'm not sure if my diet is to low in cals but I'm feeling weaker and unmotivated some days. I'm getting enough protein in my diet and a decent amount of carbs but i can't figure out why I'm not getting stronger. Going to go easy on my arm tomorrow and do a light back/bi workout. I might be too low with the calories but I need to cut baddddd. I love osta, just hoping these next 5 weeks go better! Any diet suggestions are welcome.
Stats: 6ft 274 bf unsure but above 25%
Started at 278 now at 274
Diet is about 200g protein 120g carbs 60g fat tweeked a tad bit depending on the day but not much
