i am currently 5'4" and 157 lbs (down 7 lbs for the past 5 weeks, since i have started cutting).
i am using Osta-Rx as a bridge between my cyanostane rx cycle and my halo extreme cycle. i was going to run them back to back but ended up having to take some antibiotics, so i had to stop.
i have used osta-rx before. i plan to run it at 3 caps daily, for 30 days.
from my past experience, i was able to go up in strength, not weight wise but rep wise.
some basic lifts for me:
- db bench press: 70s x 5
- incline db bench press: 55s x 10
- bent over rows: 110 x 10 (i used to use the smith machine, and realized my form is horrible when i started using the barbell. but 110 is like a few days into using the bar instead of machine.)
- leg press: 500 lbs x 10 (don't plan to go up in this, as it's putting a lot of pressure on my knees now)
- back squat: 155 lbs x 12
- military press: 90 x 10
- barbell biceps curls: 60 x 10
- db alternate bicep curls: 40s x 10
- hammer curls: 45s x 10
i got some more, but can't remember the numbers right now.
i am cutting on 2000 calories (high protein, moderate carbohydrates and moderate to low fat). doing LISS 3 times for the week at 30 minutes, HIIT twice a week and weight lifting 3 times for the week.
i am looking forward to the strength gains, the endurance (didn't need a pre-workout when i as on it), and some fat loss.
i weigh every sunday, so we will see how this goes. already losing weight, as mentioned, so don't see why i wouldn't continue
