My wife is considering a new supplement to help her training a bit. She is 48 years old, 5'7" and 145.
Weekly training is 3 days a week in Crossfit and 1 day a week with heavier strength based training, primarily heavy squats and deadlifts.
Osta seems to be the most logical safe, zero side effect choice, but Blackstone's Growth supplement looks like it may be viable for her as well.
Her current eating plan is pretty much Paleo in nature and she takes a good amount of whey and plant proteins, fish oil, phytonutrient supplementation, creatine, etc...
I'm thinking 1 Osta cap per day if we go that route for 6 to 8 weeks.
If we go Blackstone's Growth, 3 per night is recommended.
Any suggestions or experience with either one?
Thanks
