Hey guy! I've been hearing some good things about Osta Rx from a friend of mine and he has had some good results from it so I decided to get some for myself. Obviously I'm new to this website and forum so forgive me if these are faq. I usually post on another website but they don't take kindly to sarm talk there so I decided to come here to ask some questions.
I've never used a product like this before but I heard that I won't need to do pct so I thought I would give it a shot since it has work well for others. I'm planning on taking 3 pills daily for four weeks (the whole bottle) and I'll be using my usual stack of caffeine, citrulline, arginine, and creatine. I am assuming this is safe since it doesn't say I can't do this and lots of people use these things regularly, but I thought I would check to be sure since I'm dealing with my health here.
My goal for the cycle is to lose fat and maintain/gain lbm and gain strength. Should I be following a traditional type of cutting diet for this or can I take advantage of using Osta Rx and just eat and lift or even lean bulk and still get what I'm looking for? I'm also planning on running a p/l/p/shoulders split too like I normally would but I've considered running a bro split instead for my cycle.
I know some of these questions are probably stupid sounding to you guys but again the forum I'm usually on doesn't allow any sort of sarm/ph talk.
