PCT dosage help please!

weeks 1-4
4 andro rx (4 pills a day)
deca drol max (5 pills a day)
plus liver/cycle support

And then for PCT I have ironmaglabs research clomid and nolva. I wanted to use them both for pct but was hoping someone with experience could give me the correct dosages for each. Also, is there a consensus that its bad to run osta rx during the pct to help maintain gains? and if not, what dosage?

I like clomi at 50mg and tamox at 20mg daily. No Osta in PCT due to it being suppressive.
