PCT Help!!! (Ultra Male RX & Nolvadex)

I have a PCT question!

So I just finished a cycle of Test E for 8 weeks. 2 Shots a week at 300 mg!
I also took Arimidex at .5 Eod

for PCT I waited 5 days and and am now starting this:

Nolva: 40/40/40/20
Ultra Male Rx: 1 cap ED

I was making sure this would be enough for my PCT?! Should I also add E- Control in there? And should I continue taking Arimidex??

Opinions please!

You can just run E-Control ( 3 caps daily, doses spread out ) after Nolva/UM to prevent estrogen rebound.

so I should run E Control AFTER I finish my Nolva/UM?

It won't hurt to run it along side nolva/UM, but it's more important to run it after to prevent rebound.
