PCT question for methadrol

I start my PCT tomorrow and was wondering how it should be done. Ultra male one cap in the morning then two ACS caps mid-day and before bed 20mg of nolva is what I was thinking just want to make sure thats a good layout

I would make it easy on myself, and consume it all prior to bed.

You can take the nolva with food, if you're hungry. lol I'm high

I find it mixes well in lemonade and strangely chocolate milk. lol
