So I had a baby last year so I was out if the gym for about 4 months helping out the wife. I went back in Feb and have been hitting it hard. Made up my mind about 6 weeks ago I wanted to do a show. Hired a nutritionist and redesigned my lifting routine to recomp. I weighed in at 232 and was 15% bf back in February. I did a 4 week cycle of super Dmz and damn was that good stuff. I used it to recomp mind you so I was in a deficit with 3 HIIT sessions a week. I'm in my 3 week of pct. my stats now Are 212 at 10% bf? I look solid. I still put on almost a pound of lean body mass being in a deficit. Nothing wrong with that. So my mens physique show is scheduled for October 25th. Looking to run a good cycle to help in contest prep. Probably wouldn't start till I'm 12 weeks out. Give my body time to recover. What would you guys recommend to do to gain muscle and then blast out the shreds? I'll be aiming for about 3-4% bf at show time. I've upped my cals a bit and pulled back cardio for now to help offset post cycle muscle loss. I lose weight pretty easily. I eat clean as he'll also on strict diet. Thanks for your help.
