*smoked my goal by three reps. Technique is getting better and better. Rough on the shins. Usually have to stop due to cardio on glute and ham pump. My lungs felt like I had played basketball in the cold. Ready for heavy weight but going to stay the course. Still want 405 for 15. Will have a shot at it at the end of the cycle but 12 reps is probably the best case scenario. 8 for sure though.
