*easy shit. Actually gaining a lot of strength. Think I actually did 20-25 on the last set lol.
Bent Over Rear Dumbbell Raises

*hard but I will go heavier.
*thinking about lower volume on this day due to it effecting my bench day. I will wait to see how I do through the rest of the cycle though.
