Damn! You take in a shit ton of vitamin C. I typically only dose 1g with breakfast. Can you explain the benefits of 1g with each meal? Stuff is pretty cheap so if it is worth it, may be something I'd look into. I'd read up on mega dosing it and see that its fairly common so must have its place. Just wondering your opinion on it? Do you only dose it that high when on cycle?
 
I should take it like this all the time but I always stop using it for a while. Doubling up right now because I'm sick. I had been taking post workout but ran out and bb.com cancelled my order due to back order.
 
I take lots "C" to ward off colds and keep cortisol levels down. I read some research on it but don't have the link here.

Whats T3 like? I have never researched it before....

idk yet, first time for me taking it lol. Supposedly you wont see the effect until after 25 mcg. I start 50 mcg tomorrow.

Yea figured veggies are just another you can do to get more gains. Mainly want to get them in for better digestion.

Thanks for following. My volume use to be slot higher but recently had to cut back due to the effort I am putting into every rep of every set now. Focusing a lot on recovery now but I like to lift as much as possible so I have been testing number of exercises, volume and frequency. Trying to be smarter.
