Incline Barbell Press: 4x225x8-12 to 245x10 & 305x1
Dumbbell Incline Press: 110x9 to 120x8
Barbell Flat Press: 315x5 & 3x275x8-10 to 370x1
Flat Dumbbell Press: 140x8 to 2x140x10, 140x8, 140x6
Pull-downs: 180-210x8-12 to 220-240 8-10
Seated Cable Row: same increase as pull-downs.
Squats: 4x315x8-12 on back squats to 530 Parallel Box Squat, 400+ Front squat, 410x8 & 415x5 back squat.
Pretty sure my body weight is lower as well, just look shittier lol.
