ready to go...epitren questions and help

well work with me my shift key is broke... anyway monday i'm going to start the epitren stack. need some advise/thoughts. as of now i'm weighing in at 230-235. i'm 5'10". some history- the last 2 months now i've been steady in the gym trying to get back into shape, walking on inclines/ elliptical/ walk run/ cross fit/and lifting. the lifting has definitely been the most regular 3 or 4 days on 1-2 days off. typical workout- 15 min elliptical warmup, then weights for about 1-1.5 hrs, then 45min walk on the treadmill. 2 nights a week cross fit just for fun. there is contracted food service--all the dry chicken one can eat.

i have taken sdmz, its amazing then fell off the wagon with life-kids, rentals, and work.
while falling off the wagon and post sdmz noticed puffy nips..probably cause i became a slob and didnt work out.
got some great advice, trying intermittent fasting- eat from 1200-2000. body fat has subsided and gaining muscle and strength.

i want this to go the best it can, so any advise is grateful

Weeks 1-8 Advanced Cycle Support~2 capsules per day (organ and lipid support)
Weeks 5-8 Ultra Male RX~1 capsule per day (Post Cycle Therapy) A SERM may also be used as PCT.



weeks 1-4 of the epi, andro, and acs when is the best time of day to take each? anything to avoid taking them with(food wise)?

weeks 5-8 plan on taking ultra male..best time??? post cycle- e control best time and how much? and acs
weeks??? serm?? clom or nova??? i have both just to be safe.

now im 230, so a little heavier than the avg bear which im guessing they base their dosages off of.

i included a picture of what i have, i guess,,whats my best route to become a physical specimen like you gents?

Morning and night are the best times of day to take them with that middle cap of epitren at lunch. Nolva by itself is fine taken at 20mgs/20/10/10-ed weeks 5-8. The best way to improve your physique is train smart, keep diet in check, and be consistent.

Diet and training are the key....make sure not to overtrain...it can be counter productive...

the over training is always the hardest...when starting off, you feel as if you need to bust you ass everyday. sometimes even twice a day. its hard in the beginning to bust your ass but make sure you rest enough...

well started the epitren and 4andro, still trying to fine tune it.

questions
1.) I have ultra male, i've read you can take this the full eight weeks @ 1 cap a day, and i've read there is no point in taking it
weeks 1-4. i'm sure i've taken it in the sdmz stack all the way through, cant remember.
2.) is caffeine and creatine ok to take with this or does it defeat the cycle with dry gains.
 
You can take up to 4 caps 4andro daily.

UltraMale is more effective during your pct phase. It won't do much on cycle, especially if your taking 4andro.

Caffeine is fine on cycle, just watch your bp.

Creatine has many mixed opinions. I only use it during off cycle to help maintain strength but I don't know that it would be counter productive on cycle.

well the last couple days were worthless...go figure the day i start, i get sick or the stack doesnt agree with me. pretty sure it was a stomach bug though. well day one restart. i decided to use the muscle pharm pre workout, aminos, and recovery. hopefully this goes good.
