SDMZ 2.0 cycle. Need timing advice

How should I split up the doses, how many hours apart?
I have
1x SDMZ 2.0
1x Advanced Cycle Support
1x Ultra Male
1x E-control
and some extra support supplements like a MultiVitamin, Milk Thistle, Liv. 52, Fish oil

How should I split up the doses, how many hours apart?
I have
1x SDMZ 2.0

SDMZ - AM and PM, 10 -12 hrs apart
ACS - 3 - 4 hrs separate from SDMZ
Ultra Male - before bed
E-Control - 1 cap, 3 times throughout day (doesn't matter when)
Multi, Liv 52, Milk Thistle - can be taken same time as ACS
Fish Oil - same time as SDMZ

As far as timings go, I took my first super DMZ tablet at 9am, then my second dmz at 4pm.

Advanced cycle at 12pm (lunch time)

Ultra male - 1 hour before bed

Econtrol you take this with you PCT and on the last 3 weeks.

I would suggest getting a bottle of Anabolic-Matrix Rx and taking 2 tablets at 9am as well with the first DMZ tablet.

Also do you have a SERM for your PCT ?

As for the rest of your support suplements, just spread them through out the day, but I was fine with just advanced cycle support.
