Hi all,

First time poster here so probably good to add some info.
Currently age 29, 1.76m tall (5feet 9.29inches I think) and 76kg (168lbs) I know very light still, but considering a few years ago I started at 54kg (119lbs) I think I have made some progress. My aim is to end at 90kg (210lbs) which will be after the cut that will follow my final bulk.

Finished my S-DMZ 1.0 cycle today. I gained like 8kg (17lbs) body-weight which is insane. Everything went up, weights on all lifts as well as body definition. Outbreak was minimal, but I did go ape on the water intake, by just drinking water whenever I can, which most of the time was like every 15-20 minutes during the working day, and pretty much the whole time when training in the gym.

Now I was very interested to see how it affects my liver, so during the cycle I had no alcohol whatsoever, so going out meant I was drinking cool-drinks and water and also the designated driver.
Enzymes in the bloodstream pre-cycle were all in acceptable ranges. 2 weeks in the S-ALT was 118 where the acceptable range is something like 7-56 and S-AST 48 with the acceptable range of 15-40. Cholesterol was super low according to the doc at 2.2 and said he wouldn't be testing for that again at the 4 week mark which was today. Once I have the results for the 4 week test I will report back. Also, according to the doc, I don't have to be too worried about the 118 number, since we both know what the cause was. Other than those 2 values, everything else was still in acceptable range, but should be interesting to see what the results will be for today.

So basically want end off with saying, highly impressed with this product, can only imagine what S-DMZ 2.0, and other products will be like. Will be very interesting to see how I can hold up with the PCT going into next 4 weeks now, still taking the ACS of-coarse, pretty sure its the main reason why most of the values are still in range, with the ALT, while 3 times normal, still far from alarming.

Kickass report, we appriciate the feedback!!!

Thanks, Tinuva, for posting this. By any chance, did you have any labs in advance of your cycle that give you a starting normal for your AST and ALT numbers? I'll be following along. Wish more guys had lab work and their numbers posted.

I had follow-up labs and tests, today, to check my liver function after my numbers spiked just prior to getting ready to start a Cyanostane cycle. So, patiently waiting on results and hoping, hoping.. .

Great gains, too! I'm under the impression that you should continue to make them while on PCT. I'll be looking forward to your next post.

Thanks for the feedback, we try and produce products that actually work!
It is a pleasure. One always have doubts when trying something you have only read about online. But I will most definitely recommend IML products in the future. I think I like ACS even more than SDMZ, I can't see how one can go without it, and for now, the Ultramale rx seems like a solid product as well :)

I have had done before the cycle, the numbers for both S-AST and S-ALT were below 40, but I don't have the exact numbers.

Got my final test numbers today, which was taken on the last day of the cycle, as pct was starting.
S-ALT was 159
S-AST was 79
Everything else tested was still within the normal expected range according to the doc. The other tests include processing of proteins ect. by the liver.

So the final 2 weeks the AST for some reason increase a lot more in comparison than the first 2 weeks. The ALT however increase the same in comparsion to the previous 2 weeks, maybe a bit less actually.

Either way, according to the doc, if these are over a 1000, that is when you are really in trouble, but again, nothing to worry about now since the cycle has ended and I am far away from the 1000s.

I will be going for bloodwork tests again after the PCT (mostly for my own curiousity), to see how close it is back to normal levels 4 weeks later, while still taking ACS.

As for strength in the gym, I haven't noticed any decrease in strength yet, but its only a few days into PCT now, in fact it feels like I may still be gaining strenght. My bodyweight however seems to have stabalized around the 76kg mark, so I think its time to increase my food intake again, to at the very least try and keep the mass I have built up. This specific cycle for me the focus was on bulking, the strength is a bonus.

Awesome, Tinuva! Keep it updated! Reps to you for posting this information. I'd love to see before, during, after labs from other guys and on other cycles. Congrats on your results, too!
