Some bottles have a manufacturing date (mfg) and some have a expired date (exp) in that box on the bottle. Anyone know how long the ones with mfg are good for and are the exp bottles garabage if you are in that last month of use? Also what's shelf life on the serms? Thanks

All supps are good for YEARS, even passed exp dates; just store them in a dark, dry place.

The main causes of degradation are UV light and heat. As posted above, if stored properly these products will last years past the expiration date.

Anything that's approaching the exp date, you can send to me for proper disposal.
