Started epitren/epiandro/clen

Good work so far man :)

Keep it up...

I don't remember seeing too much diet info..what are you doing calories wise?? I do like that combo of products for shredding..

And of course epiandro is my personal favorite :)

I intake about 2300-2600 a day which is a good amount for me. All my food is chicken, steak, some pork and broccoli, onions, carrots. I don't really eat anything else at all. Sometimes some sunflower seeds if I have trouble getting thirsty and downing more water. As long as I don't eat anything terrible I continue to steadily shred. Also I recently found out I can't have any milk, ice cream, cheese or any other dairy or I will look like i gained 5 lbs by the next day. I must be sensitive to it.

You getting your healthy fats? Omega 3, olive/coconut oil, avocado...things like that? Btw, fat sources like whole eggs will be beneficial in PCT.

My friend is a BB'er. He actually makes all my food, and to be honest it does taste like he cooks the meat and vegetables with egg if that makes sense? In japan it's common to have your hot food and dump a raw egg on it and let the meats and vegetables cook the egg. But i'm not 100% sure to be honest.

Good stuff!

He's a good friend and a good cook. He knew me when I hit rock bottom in fitness. Talkin double baconators and large lemonades a few times a day for a couple years, and I guess i'm like his project lol.
