started my MDE cycle yesterday, couple questions

Started it on the 1st.

at around 1:00 pm with lunch I took: 1 pill of MDE & 1 pill of 4andro
a couple hours later I took: 2 pills of ASC


around 7:00 with dinner I took: 1 pill of MDE & 1 pill of 4andro
couple hours later I took: 2 pills of ASC.


is this the correct way to dose this cycle? also someone mention taken econtrol while on mde cycle is this needed during the cycle or just pct? thanks

Mainly wondering do I take the ACS at the same time as the methadrol extreme and andro 4 or later like i did and how much later or before? not sure how these are supposed to be dosed.

MDE and 4-Andro at the same time upon waking. ACS later on prior to bed.

you take mde and 4andro again later on though and are you saying all 4 acs all at one time at night?

another thing i'm confused on is how many caps of 4andro? there is only 30 in the bottle so i took 2 total yesterday one with each mde serving

Make things easy. Take all your hormones (4-Andro and MDE in your case) in the morning and your ACS all at night, or whenever is convenient for you provided it's at least a few hours offset from your hormones.

I personally dose ph/aas in the am and pm. I take my acs mid day.

I split the doseage (1 in the am, and one in the pm approx 8-10 hrs after) for the 1st few days to see if there are any adverse affects....then I take mine like adrenolin said....All the PH's alongwith fish oil and multi upon waking, then ACS 6-8 hrs later....It just makes things easier that way.
