Been two months since I finished my last cycle of Super DMZ. Want to start metha-drol and was wondering about the PCT. What I am wondering right now is if I use nolva for my PCT is there anything else I need to take during that. And is one bottle of the tamox from cem products enough?

Yes, one bottle of Tamox is usually plenty. 20mg for 4 - 6 weeks, depending upon the severity of the cycle is usually sufficient. The only other supplements I would recommend would be Advanced Cycle Support not only because tamoxifen is carcinogenic and slightly liver toxic, but also because it helps to bring your other values like lipids, blood pressure etc back up to speed as well. You may also want to consider some creatine and a test booster supplement, but that's solely up to you.
Yes that is correct. 2 caps of ACS will be sufficient for your entire 8wks. And no, Anabolic Matrix will not be necessary if you already have Ultra Male, simply take 1 cap Ultra Male every day for the 8wks.

Two caps methadrol 1 A.M one P.M
Two caps ACS mid day
Ultra male one cap in the morning with the methadrol
Weeks 5-8
20mg nolva once a day (what time would you recommend?)
