I have been cycling SDMZ for about 14 days now, tomorrow will be the 15th. I was wondering what would happen if I stopped early? Should I just carry on to PCT like I would when the cycle is over?

I''m curious. Why are you stopping the cycle short?

I've seen small gains if anything so far and I feel like there's no sense in harming my body for nothing. I've had 0 sides but I'm talking about my levels and such.

Sure SDMZ helped with my strength gains and endurance but nothing drastic. Overall it's just not worth it to me to continue. Maybe ill cycle something else in the future but not for a little while.

I'm not saying SDMZ is a bad product as it has worked very well for others, but I guess it's just not the right one for me

Are you serious? You've been on the product for two weeks. What type of gains were you expecting?

I wouldn't pct at all, jump right into osta Rx

What's your diet look like? Give us a run down of what a day in your life looks like...

Breakfast I usually eat 5-8 egg whites with some oatmeal and a piece of fruit

Lunch ill have plain chicken with brown rice sometimes depends on how much time I have

Dinner ill have some red meat like steak with some vegetables

My diet stays around that type of layout and in between ill have some protein shakes or bars depending on time

I eat dinner after the gym then go to bed a couple hours after

how much of each, how many protein shakes?

how much of each, how many protein shakes?

Varies everyday, chicken usually 3-4 pieces, steak is usually 1, for rice is right around 2 cups, vegetables a decent amount, and for protein shakes I try to get 2 a day but usually ends up being 1

so are you seeing any benefit since taking the supplement at all? strength increase? endurance? anything? faster recovery?

Not really, maybe a slight strength increase but barely noticeable, as for endurance and recovery I've always been fast with those so I can't really tell. It's really frustrating considering that most people saw some pretty crazy gains just after a week when I'm barely seeing anything...

6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 orange = 2/40/30/306
3 chicken breast (1lb cooked), 2 cups rice = 26/90/98/966
10oz steak, 2 cups veg = 40/48/87/946
1 protein shake w/ water = 1/4/26/130

That puts you around 69g fat, 182g carbs, 262g protein and 2,348 calories.

That's your problem man. There's no way you're gaining big weight eating 2300 calories. I bulk dirty so take this with a grain of salt but I'm taking in close to 4,000 cals when bulking. Your carbs are super low to be bulking. You deserve credit for eating so clean but DMZ is no magic, if you are in a caloric deficit (which if you are young and working our hard regularly then you are) you're not going to put on big weight.

I see my problem but whether I'm eating clean or dirty shouldn't I see some kind of aesthetic physical change, or an endurance/strength gain?

I feel like after a week people start to notice something you know?

how's your workout frequency? how often/how long do you work out? (how many days/wk and how long are your workouts?)

I usually workout 6 days a week and my workouts go on for about 2 hours or more of intense lifting. Whenever I'm at the gym I try to go as hard as I can.

Gaining size and gaining strength take calories. Your burning crazy calaries doing 12 hours of "intense" lifting a week. This has nothing to do with DMZ and everything to do with getting your bulking diet right. You don't have to bulk "dirty", add some milk, some almonds, some honey, some bacon for breakfast. When I bulk I eat Qdoba! That doesn't mean you have to through. Just add some calories.

Ok, I guess I'll refine my regiment and diet a little bit and continue to finish the cycle. Thanks for the help guys
