This product is amazing! It does EVERYTHING that it says. Only problem is that I get horrible lower back pumps, my lower back is always extremely tight. Why is that and is there an equivalent product that WILL NOT cause this? Thanks in advance.

Glad it's workin well for you. Back pumps can be associated to just about any hormone cycle. It's in part due to increased rbc and blood pressure, you may also want to take a hefty dose of acs for not only blood pressure and liver support, but kidney support as well (which is located around the lower back area) and drink at least 2 gallons of water daily whilst cycling the triple anabolic. Also, a few grams of taurine several times per day will do wonders for your back pumps.

Spot on.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Love ironmaglabs products. Had much success with sdmz 2.0. I'm now 15 days in on the 3.0 and not seeing much of anything. Up a pound. I'm really disappointed right now especially after reading everyone else's thread.

Welcome to the forums. If you'd care to elaborate and go into detail about your diet and training, perhaps we can pinpoint where the problem is. Usually, the simplest answer is you're not consuming enough calories, or water (at least 1.5 gallons daily, preferably 2 gallons).

Yeah, I'd guess calorie related; count your cals and eat up!

I do not want to steal the thread but I am on my final 5 days and have gained a solid 13ish lbs and I am quite happy. I didn't gain as much strength as I did on epi tren which seems weird to me but oh well. It works. You probably either are not getting enough food/water or simply not training hard enough.

I haven't really been tracking my water intake like crazy but I'm sure its 1+ gallons... I honestly don't know how you guys do it. It messes with my appetite sooo much! After I take my shower (post workout) I'll chug my protein/creatine and take my dosages and by the time I go down for breakfast my gut is packed!

I'm 5'9, 165.9 lbs and approximately %10 bf. I do 40/40/20 diet and consume between 3500 and 4000 calories a day. I definitely drink a lot of water. The only thing different I'm doing from the 2.0 is less protein powder and more food. I loved the 2.0. Just getting back from a back injury and was excited to start the start the 3.0. Should I up my diet?

Oh and training is solid. I just started a routine I pulled of bodybuilding.com to work each muscle twice a week without overtraining. Also been working out with a trainer a couple times a week to help with core after my back injury. I feel like my strength is up a bit. Today is day 15.

Every set, every exercise, every workout you need to push for more weight and more reps. No such thing as a light workout, they should all be intense. Also, if you're not gaining any weight or getting any leaner, you need to increase your calories... try 30% protein and 30% fats. At 4000 calories, that's still plenty of protein at your current weight. Also be sure you're consuming well over a gallon of water a day, it helps immensely. Other than that, most people tend to notice an effect from SDMZ 3.0 between days 7 and 18.

Will do. Like I said before I had really good results with the sdmz 2.0. Ran it twice. Loved it. That's why I'm surprised. I'll try switching the diet up a bit and see what happens. Appreciate the help guys.

I agree with Adrenolin about the timing of SDMZ. For me around that time when things really came all together was about 15 days+ give or take.
