anyway getting thumb wrapped giving me antibiotics for 10 days and bacttrim ) then gonna wrap thumb and hand well and hit gym and pump out arms
Doc says keep pressure off of it for a few days, yah right, and offered me a sling to keep it elevated.. I'm almost spit my coffee out..
Wrap it and let me train, lol,,
day 17 in only took 2 days off so far that's always goal , Sundays only.
Weight at doc 0830am 188.3. Still going up...for 174.9 17 sets ago...shoulders starting to pop out more..
Had minor back pumps yesterday, but I have had 3 spinal fusions in my life so I'm use to that.. No sides really just think because I hit a new bench max and I'm lifting so much heavy that's what did it... I do not think its the DMZ. So far this is a great product hands down..
if anyone thinks taking bactrim as an antibiotic with this will hurt let me know..

weight 186.2 did legs, and obliques, my legs aren't skinny they just weak from back surgeries and a foot reconstruction with plates... Doctors 7 years ago said I probably never walk again... Definetly not work or run.. Well I do it all... I Learned to never let someone tell you what you can't do . I can't and no don't exist in my vocabulary ..
Ugh...gym socialites. Whether it's just me, or I'm with a client, I'll walk right up to the station they're blocking/not using and just start working in. I'm sure they all hate me...good.
