Awsome results man. I've been researching Super DMZ 2.0 and have heard great things. I'm planning on starting in 13 days and will be ordering soon. As of now heres what I've decided on


4 weeks On Cycle:
2 caps Super dmz 2.0 (1 in AM & 1 PM)
Taurine (for lower back pumps)
Fish oil
Advanced cycle support (2 cap)
Ultra male rx (1 cap)








4 weeks PCT:
Advanced cycle support (2 caps)
Nolvadex (20mg/4 weeks)

Not planning on going with an E-blocker for On cycle but if I start developing gyno I will order some. One of my other big concerns is testicular atrophy, @fierce1 have you experienced any problems with either of these problems? I expect the boys to shrink a bit but I'm hoping not anything noticeable or attention drawing. Any input or suggestions from the moderators is always appreciated too!

Ok for me , I run test also the gel do I don't run Nolva at all, or Ultra Male, if you not running a gel which is only 24 hr half life or a cyp or prop which half life is 10 days , you should not have a shrinking issue, now since I'm running a test I have seen them shrink a little but that doesn't bother me , I'll be running test forever so if I ever get off of it they go back to normal , I don't need big balls that doesn't bother me. Now I think the super DMz 3.0 is awesome potent product. I don't think it will cause shrinkage at all.. Now I don't use Tuarine I'm use to back pumps and stretching and a lot of hydration will take care of that for (me) speaking.. Now I definetly run the E-control on PCT even on test , I refuse to chance gyno.. On cycle I run 3 caps a day of ACS I don't like organ strain .. I would let ebfitness or heavy comment further on this...keep Nolva on hand most def. But order the e-control safe than sorry bro ..

The end of a fun run:

30 day run of Super DMZ 3.0 with test gel at 41mg a aday...

LT Bi-cep before 14 3/4" after 15 1/2" .... 3/4" growth amazing
Rt Bi-cep before 14 1/4" after 15 1/4" 1" growth amazing.

Weight prior 174.9 after today was 189.1 up 14.2 pounds today.. highest weight went up was 18.2 pounds at 193.1 so weight gain of 14.2 pounds

Body fat prior was 10% , i need to go get pincher from buddy and do an after hopefully this week. Very curious on this. Muscle are rock hard. had to buy 6 new shirts old ones do not fit. Gotta love that..

Shoulders did not even show prior now they are jumping out, i have a killer shoulder routine down pat, but what a difference this DMZ made.

My diet was 95% on point in 30 days i had one coke, ate some crawfish and 2 whoppers everything else was on point...

I worked out 26/30 days only taking off Sundays

Did chest 9 days
Back 5 days
Arms 5 days,
Legs 4 days,
Shoulders 4 days
Cardio 20 mnutes each day for 22 days
Abs 12 days 6 minutes max
Obliques 9 days roughly 6 minutes max

Pro's IME of Super DMZ 3.0:

Alpha male feeling still, but absolutely no aggression AT ALL!!!

Flat bench IRM went up 40 lbs from 225-265 ( amazing)

Shoulders super strong miliatry pres went through the roof,

Shoulders are seriously defined.

Bi-ceps are huge

I had strenth gains in EVERY exercise I did. The weight went up with ease. I felt it, but my body pushed hard like most weights were nothing..
I do believe that strength training is mind over body though. You tell yourself you can do it, and you it. Never second guess yourself. Mindset is the key..

Did not need a pre-work out drink at all; matter of fact, I would wake up at 3am ready to train and lay there until daycare opened.lol

My sex drive libido was thru the roof , best I ever had in years every day... I did expect it to crash it never did. For me, my experience with this, and it wasn't necessarily the test. Because I have been on that awhile and never had it this good.

Checked blood pressure weekly absoluelty No issues. Completly normal ranges, heart rate never even got to target rate (144) on a 20 minute 10.0 incline treadmill at 3.5..3.0 decent speeds, never rose above 128 never dropped below 88 and went back to normal almost instantly.

Gained 14.2 pounds in 30 days, not exactly sure how much is muscle need to measure body fat , my macros were pretty much on point, even though I was bulking my calories were not that high 2500 roughly 28/30 days.

I do not see how anyone could cut on Super MDZ 3.0.. but I'm sure if you diet super strict its possible. IDK though, this stuff makes you eat like a horse..

I have small veins, but I did notice an increase in vascularity from not showing at all prior or barely to being able to feel the veins in arms.

Cons of being on Super DMZ 3.0:

Day 2 and 3 had minor headache, I never get headaches nothing to worry about I'm just giving honest feedback.

Last 10 days minor acne on shoulders and arms, but that has a lot to do with the test gel, but there was a slight increase in acne but gone already.

I had 2 days around day 18 or 22 I started getting a little lethargic, now take in account, thats working 2 jobs and working out 6 days a week very hard, so that was expected, not lethargic enough to keep me out the gym , just a little slower getting up. Nothing I could not deal with.

Now Day 27 and Day 28 back pumps were insane almost quit at day 28 and ended cycle, reason i have had 3 spinal fusions in the past and pain felt like i hurt something , but i took the advice of the people like on IML that know their shit, Went and bought the pill taurine took 3 1000mg capsules over 36 houyrs period and pain was gone, back pumps were gone...

Keep Taurine on hand it did not take much for me to get the pumps under control.. Once the taurine worked I knew it was back pumps and eased my mind and went back to lifting hard. No issues there.

Now on Day 4 stomach startring hurting was taking a different milk thistle product first few days. That was not enough felt my liver hurting, rush ordered IML ACT bumped it to 3 a day and by day 6 or 7 was fine. Hydration and food is never a problem with me. Definelty use IML ACT while on this. I was trying to go cheap i just forgot to order it and when my cycle started i thought shit it I feel stomach pain i will order I did and problem solved. Don't go cheap on the organs, and that was not my intention, work had me so busy, and I doubt you can over dose on Milk thistle or even taurine( back pumps)..

Appetite was insane was eating every 2-3 hours and waking in the night to eat atleast 1 sometimes twice..

Upped my water intake to roughly 1.5 gallons a day and a 1/2 gallon of fat free milk a day.

Did wake up firsty 28/30 days to piss atleast twice in the night , the last 2 nights no issues. Got great rest

First 10 days I felt slighly bloated maybe water retention, but the more I worked out and consistent cardio I knew it was not water retension..

Starting E-Control tomorrow 3 ed for a month
will continue PCT ACS at 3 a day for a month
Will continue to stay at 41 mg daily androgel
BCAA's, multi's, Creatine, Nos, Fish oil, fiber that will also continue

Gonna do blood work in about 4-5 weeks, after PCT if all goes well with EVERYTHING, may run another cycle at week 7 with test cyp weekly so i can finish one more before vacation first week of July. this all pending bloodwork and PCT outcome. in the meantime i will be working out back ast 5 days a week, not 6...Diet will stay on point, hoping to keep gains but expecting i will lose some. Hoping to keep size look, more importantly than the strength.. I will probably be going back to faster super sets lifting quicker and ligher then heavy next cycle. This will depend day by on how it goes.

I will try to keep a decent PCT log of gains and losses, progress in recovery etc. Work will determine this. I hope this log helps people decide if this is the right supplement for them or not..

One thing I learned with work i was taking first tablet at 0700 am and second at 5pm , I was waking at 3am ready to roll, I started taking 2nd tablet at 9pm and slept much better so take it late, see if it helps or hurts you. Only you will know this.

This is SUPER Powerful stuff. Stay hydrated, eat eat eat feed your muscles, Eat clean, and I don't care what you take if your diet is sloppy and your routine is whack this aint for you.

Gonna post some pics of today , ck out the defintion of shoulder that did not exist a few weeks ago.

I rate this product a 9/10. i give it an A.......

Day 6 PCT, strength still there did back and bi's yesterday and chest and tri's today with cardio in each. gotta a busy week ahead. Had soreness in rt nipple at day 4 , being on the TRT, i was only gonna run the tamoxefin if needed, but still i had the tamoxefin citrate from hardcore peptides on hand. I did not think I would need it , glad I have 3 bottles on hand. Yesterday rt nipple hurt like fire, Im on second day of 20 mg dose , still sore gonna run it a few weeks to stay safe, it should be fine, other than that looking forward to my next run, still strong, weight still up, sex drive still there.

Yeah, I'd just run the nolva till it clears up, followed up with an AI for a few weeks to prevent rebound.

Did legs today leg press up to 575x8x1 that's a new PR, however having screws in my spine, I usually don't push the legs days, that being said the DMz Definitely motivated me during and off cycle to push harder in areas that needed it.


For that I am grateful! Also bumped my squat up was able to do 275x8x1 on smith machine safely..


As far as rt nipple novaldex has that under control.. Gonna continue another few weeks.


Think I'm gonna run cyp starting in 2 weeks for 14 weeks pin every 4 days and add DMZ into the mix also later on. Was gonna run spawn next go round but really liking the DMZ ...


Beast mode soon , gonna keep running the Nolva , I'm thinking if I bump to cyp versus gel to 250 mg pinning every 4 days, finish Nolva for 3 more weeks hopefully will not have another itchy flare up ...

An AI after nolva is just a precaution to prevent estro rebound. I would, and have, used AIs like E-Control or Aromasin (Exemestane) which also don't produce a rebound after use.
