Yep, no pics for me, ever. But I will say that a week into SDMZ that I am starting to feel it. I'm still recovering from a torn triceps but the weights used today for incline bench were up 20 pounds over last session and I got one hell of a pump. That's the first time in 3-4 months.
Glad to hear anabolic. It's frustrating to be on sups, obtaining an injury and telling yourself to go lighter. I'm working through a herniated disk, no running, heavy squats or deadlifts. Having a hard time dealing with the reality.
