This is the cycle pulled directly from the forums. I do however, as stupid as this may seem, have a few questions.

1. Do i really need 2 bottles of cycle support?
2. Does it matter if i take cycle support 3 hours before or 3 hours after PH?
3. Do I need to load it (cycle support) for approx 1 week before starting my cycle? If so, dosage?
4.. As far as training is concerned: I have heard from actual users, and researched myself some conflicting issues.The final question would be to train for reps (8-12 and add sets if possible) during cycle and then increase weight and train for strength (5x5,smolov, ect ect) during PCT or vice versa.
5.Would anyone suggest a training routine that you had a particularly good experience with while on cycle?


Food Intake Stats:
Calories: Approx 3000-3500 Height: 5'9"
Carbs:Approx 300 Weight: 230 (taken the same time every day)
Protein: Approx 400 BF%: Around 15%
Fats: Approx 100
Experince with Iron: 5 years
Cycles: 1 M1d Black and 5aoHp ( this was total garbage)

Additonal supps that i consume everyday:
3 servings of Equate multi vitamins (taken with 3 diff meals)
1 serving of Equate Joint Complex
3 grams of vitamin C
3 grams of fish oil

I am currently gaining about 1 lb per week by running smolov jr bench with dumbells ( saves my shoulders) and smolov squat together. I would assume since im gaining off cycle that i will def. see gains on.

Any other comments/suggestions/tips/hints are more than appreciated (negative or othewise). Have a good day fellas. Happy Easter :)

G-d bless ya...smolov squat is freaking brutal!!!!

Are you sure 3500 calories will be sufficient? 230 * 15 = 3450. When running smolov, you wanna be SMASHING FOOD
