Hi am new to the forum and I just wanted to see what you guys think of what am about to run and give me some thoughts or idea.
A little about me:-
22 years old, been lifting weights for a lil more than two years made some decent gains, am 5'8" and 160lbs, don't really know about bf%, but my body stores a lot of water.
I never used PH before, but planing on getting the Halo-E stack soon as a first cycle.
for the last two month I've been taking creatine, testbooster, multivitamins and protein powder.
Just got my OSTA Rx, can't wait to get on it I've read a lot about it.
Here is what am planing to do, let me know what you guys think:-
OSTA Rx- 3caps spread throw the whole day.
1-M-R preworkout- one scoop 1/2 hour before workout ( still have consigners about this )
Omega 3 fish oil- 3caps/day ( mercery free )
Multivitamin - 3caps/day
Pro Complex Protein shake- Twice a day 1-early morning and 1- right after workout.
Diet : trying to eat really clean and drinking enough water.
