Hi all I have a sdmz stack and would like to run it with 2ml test e a week

But I am not shore on is how the stack them together
Do I just start the oil and the sdmz on the same day

Week 1 to 4 sdmz
Week 1to 10 sus 250
Week 12 to 16 e control + nolva+ clomid

Is this correct
 
The way you have it laid out is essentially kickstarting your cycle with the SDMZ, which is fine. Just curious, is this your first time pinning in a cycle?

First off you need to decide if you are taking Test E or Sustanon, lol.
The way you have it set up is fine although I would run the sdmz for 6 weeks personally.
I would also add in some HCG just prior to PCT.

This is what I have come up with

Week 1-12 Test E 500mg per week.
Week 1- 4 dbol 50mg per day
Week 4-14 Arimidex. 0.25 every 2nd day.
Week 8-12 SDMZ
Weeks 14-18 PCT (nolva, Aromasin)

Any thirst on it
 
Hope you don't mind stretch marks with the d-bol. I've seen them in the chest and bi's from the rapid weight d-bol puts on a person(mostly H2O). They aren't the prettiest.
Also dont overlap the adex in week 14 with the nolva and aromasin. Nolva will make the adex almost useless so it will be a waste. Just stick with the nolva/aromasin combo from week 14 on.
 
I have dropped the dbol out and just running a test e and sdmz cycle
I have to say that it's only the first week and the sdmz feels great. Very happy with it
