I have been lifting for about 4 and 1/2 years. I've seen some results from supplements and some weaker pro horomones and anabolic stimulates but haven't really seen anything that has helped my workout go the extra mile and give me the results I want. I am 5'11" 190lbs 20 percect body fat and am very active and lift 7 days a week. What would you recommend for a beginner? Any comments would be welcomed.
 
Any of our products, but for a beginner specific I would say Haloe Extreme stacked with Deca-Drol Max would give you some very nice gains and the side effects will be minimal, OR I would recommend Cyanostane Rx.
 
If you're lifting seven days a week then you are definitely over training. Need time to recover.
 
Seven days a week is way to much brother your body is going to enter a dangerous level of.starving for recovering and eventually will lead to injuries body fatigue and run into overall expiation bro. Rome wasn't built in a day but was destroyed without any stops

I know it feels like your cheating your body if you get out of routine by stopping a couple days to rest, however you will be surprised how sometimes less really is more. Especially when your going for those huge gains. Muscle fibers that shred when you workout need rest grow, build, repair and not eat themselves. You will be good brother.

My advice would be to take a step back on your training routine & look into our Halo or Deca-Drol.

Thanks brother. I'm going to cut down to 4the or 5 times a week and look into Deca-Drol and Halo Extreme.
