I usually lurk on the forums but I'm looking for an honest option. Over the past 3 years I have done two cycles, My first being Halo Extreme on a cut from ~160lbs-150lbs after cutting from 180lbs and SDMZ 2.0 bulk from ~150lbs-170lbs.

After my last bulk i cut down to about 157lbs (cycle free) or so and since then I just have been eating really dirty and lifting heavy to 190 lbs, what i weigh currently. (my numbers may be a little off).

I wanted to see if you guys think it would be a good idea to lean out a little before going on a cycle of DMZ3.0 or should I be okay where i am with a clean diet? I plan on cutting again later this year.

A little about myself.
27 yrs of age
190lbs , 5ft 7inches
If i had to guess bf i would have to say 16%-17%, when i was was 150lbs i measured 7-8% on a bf reader so i assume i was really 9-10%. (again numbers are prolly off, i look like someone who lifts but loves doughnuts too much haha)

Thanks ahead of time!

It's really up to you and your goals. You can either continue to bulk with SDMZ, and cut sometime later after your PCT (don't cut during PCT), or you can cut while on SDMZ and manage to hold on to your current muscle.

Well when I started this dirty bulk my two MAIN goal was 200lbs and 315lb 1rm bench. And I'm pretty damn close at 190lbs and 305lb.

Right now I just want to pack as much on before I start my cut. I guess my concern isn't about the cycle itself and more of a bb question.

Would i be wasting my money if I do another cycle and end up losing a lot of mass when i cut cause my bf is so high? That's my real scare I guess you could say. Because when I do cut I do a relatively big calorie deficit before going low carb.

Regardless I still plan on buying the cycle at least to sit on since DMZ stock is getting scarce.

I'd go big, and maximize size before cutting. Utilize some clen and osta to help hold onto muscle mass whilst cutting. Sdmz can be used for either goal, but is going to be so much more effective for gaining mass and strength on a caloric surplus vs the deficit.

figured id update the thread with my decision. Couple days ago i said screw it , gonna just put on as much weight as possible. Went to go buy the mass stack.......DMZ 3.0 is GONE :( :(

luckily another website had the mass stack in stock and i was able to buy it, shipped out today.

thanks for comments and opinons!
