a freind of mine currently is using dark cyde sledge and said a few guys at the gym said they were using super dmz 2.0. he looked both up and they both use dmz but it looks like the sledge uses lmg.

sledge per capsule: 13-ethyl,3-methoxy,gona,dien,-17-one 30mg
17-beta-hydroxy-2-alpha,17 dimethyl-5-alpha-androstan-3-one azine 15mg

where superdmz is 10mg dmz it seems sledge is more powerful but since i was not sure i told him i would do more research for him.

can anyone give me thoughts to how they compare and is the sledge really a more powerful product? i told him i was going to grab some dmz for future use and he thinks im nuts since he believes the sledge is much more potent. has anyone used the sledge or know much about it? trying to get educated info to tell him before comparing them.

great info to show him. so the lmg will be a more wet gain than the the methylsten? whats the recc dosage of the superdmz dailyfor best results to start with?

Yes, LMG is a "wet" compound and methylsten is "dry".

SDMZ 2.0 is ideal at 2 caps daily.

^_^ hey mastehsake, if you are still super-adamant about running a cycle, I would suggest you do a 6-week halo extreme at 3 caps a day while you get your back fully recovered... ease into it man, I wouldn't go balls out on super dmz, yes you can get good gains on it, but you gotta be at 100%; don't half-ass it. Try the halo 3 caps for 6 weeks, as for workouts you can do something like this

(copy paste to browser if link doesn't show) basically called "dynamic transformation principle" used to work around injuries... pick a muscle group a day, say legs on day one, then do 50 reps of low weight, then do 40 reps, then 30 reps, then 20 reps, then 10 reps, then back to 20,30,40,50... its designed to work with low weight, around injuries so you don't strain yourself into another slipped disk, and it will still pack on good muscle, but your first priority should definitely be getting that back aligned o_O

not for me. i just didnt like him knocking the iml stuff to me. so i wanted to get some real info to show him.
