Went to the gym last night, regular chest workout, no improvements in strength. I did feel very pumped though.

Just woke up this morning, pains all over. Slept on my tile floor last night, never a good idea. On that note, I seem to have narrowed down TUDCA as the culprit of my abdominal/rib pains! Very interesting. No more TUDCA, and im getting better every day.

I just had a small shake, and then after drinking water for about 30 minutes or so, i will be heading to the gym for back and biceps.

So im smack in the middle of week 2. I might look slightly leaner. I might be slightly stronger. Not very "WOW"d right now though... we'll see what happens I guess. No patience right now. Literally zero. Man/woman/child, makes no difference, I'm ready to snap shit up. Not really seeing any physical sides. My mind might change later on, but if I dont get what I'm looking for out of this I might follow up the epitren with another 4 weeks of a stronger methyl. I guess im after the super saiyan physique. Also, thought I'd mention last night was probably the most intense back workout of my life, leaving my lats in dismay today. Back actually felt sore to the touch.
 
Also for the boys that like to know this shit, I'm starting to dose prami @.25mg ED tonight, I'll update whether or not that fucks with me.
 
ugggggggggly situation today. took the prami again at around 10:00am, only about .2-.25mg. Two hours later, during a certification test for my work, I began puking uncontrollably. vomiting continued until 1:30 in the afternoon. not cool! no more prami...
 
Yesterday was my rest day, besides the stomach and throat workout from all the puking my brains out. I just got back from doing chest and biceps.
This was identical to my previous workouts cept i added in dumbbell chest flys. I also finished up with leg extensions and obliques.

Wrapping up week 2! can anyone give me a good reason to not start taking epi-andro instead of 4andro? This seems like a good idea to me, but im looking for input.
 
Bro -- do the EPI-ANDRO. I am on week 3 of an 8 week TREN/EPI-ANDRO/SDMZ cycle. I am taking 8 EPI-ANDRO a day... I am freakin' killing it at the end of week 3. The EPI-ANDRO has kicked in full steam and I am lifting heavier and more aggressive than I ever have in my life (nearly 52 years old). It is a rush! -Dirk

thanks man! epiandro it is! locallifter may be able to hook me up with a bottle, and ill be ordering a few more as well. I am also going to add 4 weeks of A1M to the end of the cycle.


Quick late night update: just had some fun (on-cycle!!!) lol. Sex drive is still solid. Ate 3 lobsters, drank a blue moon, not looking back, not even once. :cool:

EpiAndro joins the party tomorrow AM! Very exciting. Hoping to blast past 250 tomorrow on flat bench.

Also, more work done on my shoulder! Can't wait to keep going on this.

First day of epi-andro, and a solid chest and bicep workout. Did very high volume on biceps. Chest felt kind of weak.... notsurewhatsupwiththat.

Im burning fat like a motherfucker. It's safe to say my weight gains will be almost entirely lean upon review of my diet. Albeit small.
 
awful cheat off day today. drank like a fish, ate trash and liver support. bloods came in the mail today, i will post numbers tomorrow.

also, this is officially an 8 week cycle. next compounds tbd. currently on week 3 of epitren, and week 1 day 3 of epiandro.

Awesome chest and bicep workout yesterday morning. High volume flat bench, dumbbell flys, pec deck, incline machine press. Followed up with hammer curls, and pyramid sets of straight bar cable curls. Reps till Failure!
 
Hit triceps this morning. (for some reason my enter key has stopped working, so I cant post my workout details here :mad:) Tricep rope pushdowns, kickbacks, overhead dumbbell tricep press, skullcrushers, 4 sets of 15 dips, machine tricep pushdowns, and obliques. Weight:165lbs Added in halo @75mg this morning. So now im on epiandro @200mg, epitren @30/30mg, and halo @75mg
 
almost bedtime, triceps are already sore from this mornings workout. tomorrow early early AM i am doing a back workout. cant wait! i get so excited for the gym that I have trouble sleeping :D
changes in my physique are noticeable now, getting lots of compliments.

something else I wanted to bring up here, is that im still not shut down. I still have decent sex drive, and I don't have any major testicular atrophy. the only issue im having is that it takes me forever to have an orgasm, like a long ass fucking time. the wife practically tore it off last night. hurts to walk today. LOL
 
Leg workout this evening... smashed a PR. Stumbled out of the gym an hour later.

833lbs x 2 on the leg press.


Strength is gross. sickening.
