Training and PCT advice

Hello everyone,
I just want to say Ironmaglabs is in my opinion is the shit. I just finished a cycle of epi andro and halo. The results were great. Now today would be my first day of pct. I have cycle suppor, e-control, cloma from iron mags research and ultra male. I have been reading about pct. I am planing on the following
Week 1-4
Cycle support -3
Ultramale - 1
Cloma - 20mg?

Week 4-6 maybe 8
Same as above but add e control 1 cap per day

Will this be ok?
I understand there are tons of questions on pct.the one I was mostly question was the cloma. Is cloma like nolvadex? It is a SERM correct?

Also, I don't care about strength. That will come. But I want to keep my size. I was training for hypertrophy on cylcle. Great pumps and I blew up. Should I still train this at to maintain size? Or should I increase weight and lower reps?

Any help or comments are appreciated.

As for the Clomid dose, dose it at 40mg for 4wks. It is a serm, but it's not the same as nolvadex, if that's what you were asking, but never the less, it will work just fine for pct.

As for training, it doesn't really matter, train to meet your goals. The only thing I'd advise against in pct, is cutting calories, train however you like to meet your goals, but keep your calorie consumption up in pct.

I was asking the difference between nolvadex and cloma. Thanks for clearing the dosage numbers up. Also, that post is what I based my pct off of. Sorry my wording was confusing in the post, i used my cell phone.
And I am probably going to keep incorporating hypertrophy training with some pyramids for strength. Like I said I am going for size not necessarily strength. I am upping my calories actually. But, I am still losing a pound or more a day (probably water). I was 205 on cycle (heaviest). After a few days off cycle, I am about 198. My weight before cycle was 195. BUT, I know a gained a ton of lean muscle because at a heavier weight my percent body fat is VISIBLY lower now. Im considering, after a month or two of pct, cutting down a lot, then taking starting a DMZ 3.0 cycle (i have purchased it already).
