Starting at 2 caps a day.
Day 1 feel good hit the weights today but no difference in workout yet...would not expect it on day one either though.

Most of the time I do high volume and normal split back/biceps...But in this case I am following the husbands lead and doing one mucle group a day lifting as heavy as I can for 8-10 reps per set.

hit the weights today and feel great better pump today then I can remember ever having before? placebo or can this really be kicking in this fast?

Excellent, body part training is ideal in my opinion. Keep at it girl!

I noticed a lot more aggression then normal for me wow I beat up some weights!!
Not making any crazy jumps in weight but the number of reps is going up!!

still going great in the gym feel good took day 4 off feel like I beat myself up day 3.

Slacking on the updates for a min there but day 10 recovery and pumps are great I seem to be maintaing about the same weight but look a bit leaner I will get bf done at the 2 week mark.

Felt great in the gym today finished up a workout and felt ready for a 2nd workout!
Also I am feeling hungrier then normal I just need to eat lol. Recovery is deferentially increased my weight went up to 138 and I am looking leaner.
 
That's great Trish. It always nice to go up in weight and still look good.
 
Killer workouts this is my first cycle of anything and wow is this great!!! I feel like im recovering the next day and pushing past anything I have ever done before in the gym!!!!
 
That is what we want to hear Sis. What other sups you using in this regime?
 
everything still going good then? no bad sides?
So far no at 2 a day all is going great! good work outs good pumps! Never had a pump like this in my life! only side really is maybe a bit of dry joints and libido is up which my husband is not complaining about lol.
 
^^^That is great to hear Trisha! I'm glad to see that things are going well for you with the Osta, and it is always great to get a female's use/feedback on IML products. I'll be following.
 
Up 5 lbs at this point in the cycle feel good and leaning out more all the time. Joints are really dry now though.

Thanks for your log!! I just finished 4 weeks of Halo for Her (loved it) and started on the Osta. I was thinking of increasing to two pills a day but wanted to see how much other lady's were using. Sounds like your doing GREAT! Thanks for the inspiration!!
