Also can you still take fish oil and and tonalin??? Was also thinking about taking a fat burner after I am done with the cycle... Or should I start it the last 3 weeks of the cycle?

I'm 2 weeks into the Ultra Male Rx stack. How much time should one take off before the next cycle? I have the Super DMZ and E-control that I had to put on a shelf after chickening out on that original stack I ordered.

I would time = time off as a minimum

Thanks. That would be 4 more weeks on and 6 weeks after that. By the way, what is the shelf life like for DMZ and E-control? That's 10 weeks they're gonna be sitting around until I'd be ready to use them. Should I put them in the fridge? Should I maybe try to reintroduce them into my current cycle?
