Well,According to me that vegetables very effective for fat burning.Following
vegetables are more helpful for fat burning and best source for keep fitness
of the body....
broccoli,
carrot,
radish,
pumpkin,
and
cucumber.

Great post on vegetables health benefits and like to add vegetables are great to reduce and manage body weight and to strengthen bones. Vegetables increase immunity system and prevent from certain types of cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Vegetables are great antioxidant and used to treat asthma, coughs, common colds and flu.
 
Followings are considered to be the best vegetables for the health:
· Broccoli
· Brussels sprouts
· Carrots
· Squash
· Sweet potato
· Eggplant
· Spinach
 
From all the veggies I've tried in the past for muscle building or any diet benefits for results asparagus is the best,expensive but well worth being daily in your diet,off season or pre contest ,many benefits
 
Yep, all those random posts you see about general fitness crap are usually just spammers advertising something or other in their signature.
 
I think it's still best to eat a balanced meal. But eating plenty of veggies will help you become fit. You can also have some meat but not too much(daily). It should be in moderation.
