I have a question...
my first PHs Lgi ep10 plus DD HD50 for four weeks.
Right after those 4 weeks I started OstaRx ( I'm currently on my 3rd week)
Is this a bad move?
Question is, after the 4 weeks of PHs should I've have started PCT instead OstraRx.
I was planning on running Ostarx for a total of 6 weeks then start PCT.

And yes I recently been having a hard time waking up to working out(4am everyday).
been really tired too.
3 weeks to go on OstraRx then start my PCT. PCT for 4 weeks ( clomid, eradicate, Super cycle, ultramale)
wanted to start another cycle right after PCT or should I wait some more?

simply not true, it may boost libido a little, but it's no PCT drug, it's not going to "stimulate testosterone" when you're shut down from a 4 week run. On top of that ostarine itself is suppressive to testosterone, it's been shown time and time again

now you're just making stuff up google bloodwork after a run of orals, ANY oral steroid. Ostarine has been clearly shown suppressive even at 3 mg doses, not significantly, but slightly

At 20mg, I've seen bloodwork after 8 weeks where it was suppressive and dropped total test levels about 80ng/dL ... nothing compared to msten or hdrol or sdmz or tren or methadrol, etc (all of which WILL shut you down within the 4-6 week mark) but still significant. By the way this bloodwork was done with Osta Rx.. same formula with "fenugreek and horny goat weed and tribulus"...

You can google bloodwork results after oral runs if you guys don't think they "shut you down"... they most certainly will, and do. Can you recover naturally with no PCT? sure you can, body is pretty incredible at healing, but it's by no means ideal and would feel like total shit doing it, and would take a few months min. If you're gonna do it, do it right. Or at least know that you're messing your body up if that's the goal then by all means, live and let live

my first run with PHs(started on May 25th) not very successful. Listened to a local supplement shop here in Jersey. should of used IML products.
debating on trying a second run with PHs, won't be till 2 months from now...SUCKS

The additional herbs and spices in the caps are NOT going to recover your HPTA post cycle. Not gonna happen. At 3 caps they wont even combat the ostarine itself, much less bring you back up from a cycle. He needs an actual PCT.

Nothing hurt just start PCT after the Osta (don't exceed 8wk overall cycle). Osta can be a solid bridge also between cycles!
