Just wanted to leave a quick update for those interested. I'm currently running dmz 4.0 at 3 caps ed. The cycle started on the first of October. My beginning weight was 173. Currently, I am at 181. For this bulk I am not truly measuring the macros. Basically, I am eating everything that I normally do the same times, etc., but if I decide to eat anything else that isn't planned I don't hesitate. Yesterday I was a bit hungry so I picked up a rotisserie chicken and ate it as a extra snack. Whole thing. At this point, I know that I am getting the 500 minimum calorie surplus and on some days more. This is making me feel amazing as I continue to put on size. The best part for me is the strength. I trained legs this morning, my weight for the working sets is back to 415 for sets of 5-8. I'm pushing for more as the cycle continues. No negative sides to report. I am a big fan thus far.
