What should I expect from a halo extreme only cycle?

Hi, this is my first cycle of anything and I am running only one bottle of halo with 2 caps each day for 4 weeks, I am going to run this cycle so please don't try to recommend something else, b/c I can't really change what I am doing now, but I would like to know what I can expect in terms of gains (I weigh 156 lbs prob 12% bf) from this exact cycle of only halo with ACS and UM pct. Thanks.

4 weeks isnt long enough for halo. It doesnt start to kick in until week #3. I would extend it to 5-6 weeks and bump the dose up to at least 3 caps/day after week 2. What you get out of a cycle is exactly what you put into it. PH's arent miracle drugs. You need to eat a solid diet with enough calories/protien for what you want the cycle to do for you (eat 500 cals over maintenance for bulk, etc.....). You still need to hit the gym hard as hell to see gains. If you dont do either of these, your cycle will be a waste.

I totally agree with the above statements. 4 weeks @2 caps ed wont do much of anything for you, IMO. Run it for 6 weeks minimum @2-3 caps ed.
 
I didn't it ramp up till the end of week 3, glad i'm doing 3ed for 6 weeks.

The guys aren't wrong in that there's some definite benefit in upping the dose & extending the cycle. That being said you should see a nice 5lb gain in LBM & noticeable gain in strength as long as diet & routine are on point.

i would definitely agree with the moderators . i did 3 caps halo / 4 caps 4-andro for six weeks and kept a log on my phone every day . it wasnt till day 16 that the halo really kicked in and i could really feel strength improve significantly!! halo for me was a very good cycle it was my 1st PH .
